Goal Breakdown and Procrastination

While working towards your goals it's easy to get off track, distracted or discouraged. This can lead to procrastination. One key thing to remember is compounding, how small steps overtime equal to big progress. Another tip is to break down larger tasks and goals to make them more manageable. Small tasks being accomplished is still accomplishments, and still propels you forward toward your goals.
